When you become an au pair with Cultural Care, you take on many roles. You travel to the USA and live with an American family, helping to care for their children. You're more than just a babysitter — you're a big sister or brother. And you're more than just a tourist — you're experiencing life in America as a local, with many opportunities to explore the country.

When you become an au pair, you no longer belong to just one home — you belong to two! You gain a second family and make lifelong friends from around the world.

Perks of the program:
  • Receive free room and board, and earn a minimum weekly stipend of $195.75
  • Explore your neighbourhood and travel in your free time
  • Take a full month to travel at the end of your year and a 2-week paid vacation
  • Get up to $500 towards an accredited course in the US
  • You'll spend 3 days learning how to have the best au pair experience possible—and you'll make new au pair friends from around the world
